Q: Will my custom jewelry take longer to ship?
A: No. the shipping times displayed at checkout are still applicable.
Q: Should I use inches or centimeters when requesting a custom length?
A: You can use either one, but please specify what you are using!

A: If you request one size, for example 18” long, I will make the piece exactly 18”. If you would like an adjustable length, please input a range, such as 18”-20”
Q: the product is available in my size, but it’s out of stock. What do I do?
A: If your size is out of stock, but another size is available, buy that one and add this listing to your cart! I will adjust the piece I have to your size.
